Matcha Starter Set
This quality everyday matcha starter set has everything you need to get started on your daily practice. The chawan (tea bowl) is a beautiful, heavy, glazed ceramic from Shigaraki Kiln in Uji, Kyoto Prefecture - one of the six “ancient kilns” of Japan, making it one of the oldest pottery producing regions and pairing naturally with our Uji-grown matcha. Also included are a sifter to remove powder clumps (essential for a smooth tea), bamboo chashaku (tea scoop), and an 80-tine chasen (bamboo whisk) perfect for whipping up a fine foam.
See our Matcha Brewing Guide in the Tea Journal, and pick up some hand-harvested Sanriku Reserve matcha
